We had a great meeting at the library on April 8, 2017 to get your input on the Long Range Plan.  Over 50 people were interviewed personally to get their ideas and recommendations on a variety of topics. OPPORTUNITIES IN PENINSULA

Road Department Supervisor

The Village of Peninsula is now accepting applications for the full time position of Road Department Supervisor. The Road Department is tasked with maintaining the Village’s roads and facilities. Applicants are required to have and maintain a Class B or Class A CDL license, have relevant experience with a road department or in the construction industry, and be able to communicate and give clear directions. The expected pay range is between $16.00 and $17.25 per hour depending on qualifications.

VILLAGE OF PENINSULA MEETING & HOLIDAY SCHEDULE-2017

The Ohio Historical Society is looking into the removal of sandstone from the sidewalks in the Village Historical District. The sandstone was removed and replaced with concrete in order to make the sidewalks handicap compliant. Updates are given by Ms. Holody at each Council Meeting and are summarized in the Minutes, which can be found under Council Tab.
