NOTE: On March 21, 2024, the Village of Peninsula Council adopted Ordinance 07-2024, which amended Chapter 319 of the Village’s Codified Ordinances. Chapter 319 pertains to traffic camera tickets. The recent amendments to that Chapter harmonize Peninsula’s rules and requirements for camera tickets with changes made by the Stow Municipal Court as to how it will handle those tickets going forward. The most significant change in the Village Ordinance was to align the Village fine schedule with the Stow Court speeding case fine schedule.
Traffic tickets for the Village of Peninsula are handled by Stow Municipal Court
