Composition of the Board of Zoning Appeals consists of 5 members. Each member is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Village Council. Member’s terms are for a period of 5 years with the term of one member expiring each year.
Powers and Duties:
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Inspector in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance.
