An Emergency Resolution authorizing OHM Advisors and Jason Popiel, senior project engineer with OHM Advisors, to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission State Capital Improvement and/or Local Transportation Improvement Program(s) on behalf of the Village of Peninsula and authorize Village Mayor Daniel Schneider, Jr. to execute any required contracts under the OPWC programs.
