enacting section 139.19 of the Village administrative code relating to traffic control work requiring police officers

recognizing the VOP as a gateway community to the Cuy. Valley National Park

authorizing the mayor to execute a change order in connection with its cooperative agreement with the county of summit, through the summit county engineer, relating to the 2022 Summit County 405 resurfacing program

accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the summit county budget commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county fiscal officer

authorizing a police protection services agreement with boston township for 2023,2024, and 2025

enacting codified ordinance Chapter 319 entitled officer-operated traffic law enforcement devices and establishing civil penalties

authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement with targeting and solutions limited to provide traffic control program services to the Village
